2g of toy stuffing
few drops of essential oils or you favourite smelly herbs
1) ch16
2) sc in 1st ch from hook
3) sc 15 chain 1 turn
repeat row 3 till you get a square approx 15 times (10cm by 10cm approx)
4)fasten off
make two
5)place wrong sides together, start a worked side (the last row of sc you made).work the stitch though both squares.
6)*ch3, sc in to next sts* till corner, ch3 in the corner with a sc then ch3 in the corner again, work *ch3, sc in to next end of row* till corner, *ch3, sc in to next sts* till corner, ch3 in the corner with a sc then ch3 in the corner again, work *ch3, sc in to next end of row* till an inch from the end, (do not secure or cut ) fill with mixture, then continue *ch3, sc in to next end of row* till corner and then ch3 in to the same ch3 is in.
The mixture can be any dried herbs you like the smell of,Ā just make sure the herb bits are not to small to fall though the wholes of the created fabric.
I used about 2g of toy stuffing and a few drops of tea tree oil, tea tree oil helps protect from moths and sliver fish.
